By accessing EmailRSVP, you engage with a proprietary event management infrastructure. These terms govern the use of our RSVP automation, guest tracking, and email dispatch systems.

Stakeholder Responsibility

Users pledge to maintain the integrity of the platform:

• No utilization for unsolicited communications (SPAM).
• Accuracy in event representation and guest data.
• Adherence to global anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Limitation of Liability

EmailRSVP is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation, arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without notice if we detect:

• Violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• Usage of the platform for spam, phishing, or illegal activities.
• Fraudulent payment activity.

Upon termination for violation, no refunds will be issued. You may also terminate your account at any time via the dashboard settings.

Financial Terms

Free tier accounts are subject to fair usage policies. Premium subscriptions and credit packs are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service (sending of invitations) has been utilized. Please refer to our Refund Policy for specific details.
